Thank you so much to all those who joined and supported our organization on Friday, February 6, 2026, for the annual Three Grand Slam event. We had a lot of laughs, enjoyed a great dinner, took home some fabulous prizes in the silent and live auctions, and of course, were on pins and needles to see who would win the big $3,000 cash prize of the evening. Congratulations to John Livesay (fourth place), Tiffany Francis (third place), Kyle Leroy (second place), and Catherine Weaver (first place); plus all of the $100 prize winners throughout the evening!
Thank you so much to the hard working committee of Port Huron Rotary volunteers who gave their time and talent to host the event. Thank you to our Master of Ceremonies Jonathan Meldrum! We appreciate the Port Huron Golf Club as always for providing an elegant venue, delicious food, and wonderful hospitality. Thank you to our sponsors and donors who made the evening possible, including:
Gold Sponsors:
Blue Water Housing Development
State Farm - Emily Vinckier Agency
Silver Sponsors:
Allegra Print
Community Foundation of St. Clair County
Eastern Michigan Bank
Farm Bureau Insurance - Ted Fitzgerald Agency
Michigan Neurology & Spine Center
St. Clair County Community Mental Health
Wallace Law Firm - Matt Wallace, C.P. A., J.D.
The Three Grand Slam is the largest fundraiser Port Huron Rotary hosts each year. Our all volunteer organization returns the money back to the community through service projects and grants to other local nonprofits. Our current grant priorities focus on basic needs (food, clothing, shelter) and youth, with a preference for water safety skills. Our annual community service projects include the Rotary International Day Parade, planting flags for Veterans at Lakeside Cemetery prior to Memorial Day and volunteering for other local organizations such as Friends of the St. Clair River and Mid-City Nutrition to name a few. Currently, we are partnering with the Community Foundation of St. Clair County to sponsor a legacy art installation at the Blue Water River Walk that will be completed sometime in spring/summer 2026.
