1st place St. Clair County Library System - A13 - "Ocean of Stories"
2nd place Blue Water Recovery & Outreach Center - B8 "Alice in Wonderland"
3rd place Lake Huron Medical Center - A18 "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"
